Party: Star Alliance Interactive Entertainment Limited (hereinafter referred to as "We")
User: Any natural person who uses this Game Box application (hereinafter referred to as the "App")
1.Your registration, login and use of the App shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to all terms of this Agreement, including the bolded clauses regarding disclaimer, limitation of liability and dispute jurisdiction.
2.Minors under the age of 18 must read and agree to this Agreement accompanied by their legal guardians. Use of the App shall be deemed as consent given by the guardian.
3.We may update this Agreement in accordance with applicable laws. Your continued use of the App after the update shall constitute acceptance of the revised version.
1.The App provides comprehensive services including game download, installation and management, game information, community interaction, recharge, gift packages and account login.
2.We reserve the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the service at any time without prior notice under circumstances including force majeure, user violations and regulatory requirements.
3.The App contains third-party games and links. We shall not be liable for any third-party content, and users shall assess relevant risks independently.
1.You shall provide true, legal and valid registration information (such as mobile phone number) and complete real-name authentication (name + ID card number); otherwise, you will not be able to use core functions of the App.
2.The account is for your personal use only. You shall not transfer, rent, lend or sell the account. You shall be fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
3.You shall keep your account password and verification code properly by yourself. You shall bear all losses caused by account theft or unauthorized use. Please contact customer service immediately if you detect any abnormal account activity.
4.We may recover inactive accounts that have not been logged in for more than 12 months and delete relevant user data without any compensation.
5.All ownership of the account shall belong to Us, and you only enjoy the right to use the account.
1.All recharges shall be made through official channels. Once payment is completed, no refund shall be granted unless otherwise required by law.
2.Virtual currency, props, membership and other virtual goods are granted only the right of use without ownership. We may adjust or remove relevant virtual items without any compensation.
3.Unauthorized recharge, proxy recharge and trading of accounts or virtual props are prohibited. Violators will have their accounts banned and may be held legally liable.
You undertake not to engage in the following acts:
Penalties for violations include warning, traffic restriction, speech ban, account ban, data clearance and pursuit of legal liability.
1.All copyrights, trademarks, patents and technical intellectual property rights of the App belong to Us. No unauthorized use is permitted.
2.For content uploaded by users (including comments, avatars, images and texts), you grant Us a permanent, free and non-exclusive right of use for display, dissemination and adaptation. You warrant that all uploaded content is legal and compliant.
1.The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fault-free service or absolute security of the App.
2.We shall not be liable for any losses caused by network failures, system maintenance, hacker attacks, third-party service faults or force majeure events.
3.Any disputes arising from your use of third-party games or content shall be settled by you independently with the relevant third party, and We shall not assume any liability.
4.Any risks arising from minors' use of the App shall be borne by their legal guardians.
We strictly implement the real-name authentication and anti-addiction regulations:
We have the right to force offline minors, restrict partial App functions or clear improper recharges to implement anti-addiction regulations.
We may update this Agreement in accordance with applicable laws. The updated version will be published within the App, and your continued use of the App shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you disagree with the updated terms, you shall stop using the App and cancel your account.
1.This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions).
2.Any dispute shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court where our company is registered for litigation settlement.
